Isn't this the season of mushy mushy? I sense a disturbance in my imminent next month with a clear sign of "busy busy".
Is it too much to ask for a sweep-you-off-your-feet holiday romance? (Okay fine, maybe I am just setting my expectations too high, hahah.) I think I just need to go watch some overly sweet romance movies to feed that hunger for affection.
How's you all's holiday forecast?

Finally home after a long day and am now relaxing by watching Big Bang Theory. SO CUTE AND FUNNY!
ecompk got me all of the first two seasons and now with my desktop set up in my room, it's like I'm living the college apartment life! (Again.) Yea, I'm a loser. I want to play L4D but I know I should go shower. Watching aimless television shows lets me lie to myself and pretend I can stop at anytime. Ah ha ha...ha.
Busy busy week. There's a Star Trek Exhibit in town! Can't wait to go and see it! Rest of this month already sounds crazily busy and terrible and I'm trying really hard not to think about it. I thought this week would be a good calm before the storm...but yea, things may not work out that way. I'll have to see. Did go to a Chinese beer pub at Diamond Plaza yesterday with my crazyalcoholic cousin. She had me sneak out the rest of the sake in my purse. At least she was sober enough to text that despite us getting home around midnight, my aunt still managed to beat all of us out by returning home after 1AM. All of us under 35 are put to shaaaaame.
Cousin-in-law gonna be living in LB next week so that'll be interesting. Then his parents are back from the motherland in December. Ahh...I'm already feeling the mental apprehension there...

Finally re-set up my desktop in my room with the new wireless card. Everything seems to be working well so I have the ability to watch stuff in my room without having to deal with the laptop screen again. Weather here is rather cold as of late; foggy mornings like a thick broth makes no one want to get out of bed. Had a terrible afternoon when I managed to hit one of the poles in my parking structure while coming back from the store. People? Don't drive when upset or distracted, lol. It's not worth the ugly dent in your car :(
Taking a break from cleaning to scour through that thing called Facebook. Looking through a lot of old friends' pictures brings up a lot of good memories. Also makes me miss a lot of people. It's strange how fast time flies and yet at the same time, this week may take forever to end. I'm sorry to anyone who reads this if I'm the one to blame for falling out of touch.
On the completely unrelated RL front- checked my bank account. I'm so bloody broke. Sob.

It's currently the amusement of my office. So far I've had one of the judges, two of the lawyers and handfuls of co-workers on the west wing play with it. One co-worker got "bitten" 3 times in a row. So funny to watch! I want to film it and put it on youtube, haha!

So I'm a driving down one of the bigger streets, on my way to the grocery store after work, with two fo my roommates, Juri & J in the car. There's shiny lights up ahead! Oh noes, it's an accident! And thanks to the fact that my city has an over abundance of police (tytytyty), there were 4 squad cars, firetruck, ambulance, whole deal. There's an intersection light RIGHT NEXT TO THEM so when the light hits yellow, I decide to be a good driver and actually slow down to not risk running the red. I'm braked at the red when BAM! FROM BEHIND! o_______O!!!
At least I had a row of cops as my witnesses. Sob. MY CAR LOOKS GETTO NOW :(( I have to wait to do the estimate but it should all be paid for by the guy?
( SOB SOB MY BABY )
Always be careful while driving people. And for St. Peter's sake, don't look at accidents while driving. >|

LOVELESS: Words on the Wind
Another from the Soubi shoot last month.
It's been bloody cold and dreary here! I love rain and such but when it's raining you want to be snuggling under a blanket with a cup of cooca or coffee, not out in the rain doing things!
Monday night was also the night we had our Christmas dinner at Maestro's, which was delicious. Best steak I've had, pretty much EVER. Well seasoned, tender, juicy, and served on a 400 degree plate that kept it warm. (Which is good because I'm a relatively slow eater these days.) But yes, definitely delicious. I still want to try Lawry's because my cousin and god-sister tell me really good things about it, but I also miss French Brassiere. Maybe we can go there again. With Rui and Ten as well as

On a positive note: I PASSED MY WRITTEN EXAM! Confidence has been restored for the week, thank you God! ♥ Now they're evaluated my narratives, personal application and test scores. I'm nervous but at least I didn't fall at the very first step.
Maternal: ". . .is this for the US embassy or Chinese embassy?"
Me: ". . .I'm not Chinese. Why would I be working for their embassy?"
Maternal: ". . .but there's no embassy's in the US for the US . . ."
Me: ". . ."
Nevertheless that at least made my Monday start off on a slightly cheerier note. Sadly, I also received an e-mail back from the correctional position I was in background check for. My background check is still active but due to budget cuts and current economical status, positions are no longer actively open. This means even if I pass background (which I see no reason as to why I wouldn't), I would only be placed on an eligibility list of people they'll consider hiring when positions open. Hardly a comforting thought when one is in the field for a job.
Perhaps I should take H's advice and enjoy my youth a bit. He heavily encouraged me to move overseas for a few years, get some cultural and overseas work experience in. I do enjoy working and living in Asia very much so I may be looking into this. England is also a possibility, but alas, one can not fulfill readily available positions of teaching English, when the population is bloody English. No offense to them of course, I'm just a bit orz at my own lack of alternatives.

Me: Hey! Where's Keiko and Katsu-chan?
Tetsuya: Taiwan. It sucks. I'm lonely and have no food and they're gone for a month.
Me: Man, that really sucks. . .but why do you have 5 lunch boxes? You dropping off food for someone?
Tetsuya: No. This is my dinner for the rest of the week when I come home from work.
Me: . . .[pat on back]
There's this antsy feeling in the back of my head. I don't know why. I must find something to scratch the mental itch though. Hm.

On a side note, while out with Ten, someone hi-jacked our shopping cart at the store today. They took out our stuff from the cart and swapped it for their own. WTF o___O

Getting better, but still exhausted by the littlest of activity. Played some CFUD/CFUW, did a bunch of logs at CS. This month of Alice event is coming to an end, and so much angst for mine. (at least for Ravel. Oh Ravel.) I realize, I seriously have an issues and an angst ping. :|
OH WELL. 8D
I haven't drawn in . . .FOREVER and a half. But today, my fingers were feeling itchy so I decided to do some gestures practice like J recommended. M and I had both modeled for J when she did gestures for one of her class last quarter and M was once again as enthusiastic as she was before. I did 31 gestures with J coming over once in a while to give advice. Man, drawing is . . .orz, not my specialty at all. But practice is practice and I hope to improve \o/
This was my last one. I liked the upper body even if I completely screwed up her legs.
( Her )
I uh. . .also need to pick up another large sized cheap drawing pad. I'm burning through my newest one with these gestures. Time for a trip to Michael's \o/

[ITP: Junsui Ringo, Dango candy and RPing]
August 29th, 2008
So I'm sitting at my desk, drinking delicious apple juice (which according to the bottle is made from "the purest water and delciious apples, whihc was selected by Koiwai) trying to digest the leftover chicken from last nite's dinner before going in for work. Ken-kun came over yesterday (\o/) and brought with her ridiculously cheap grill foods and salad from Fresh N Easy. I took off work early (hur hur) to get cooking started and we had a rather good time sitting around with everyone eating. Afterward, we all scampered off on a trip to work off that large amount of food we just shoveled down with no disregard to our growing waistlines. (Except Dee. Who's lost a ton of weight since she's moved from the land of Jersey. Everyone, go tell her to eat more veggies :3)
I picked up a new candy on top of my usual strawberry pocky (I like trying out the new products), a chocolate Dango candy. It was yummie and tasted similar to Choco Gummi for those familiar, coming in cute single wrap pieces with milk, ichigo and maccha green tea flavour. I recommend! But they're expensive :(

Lately I've been kinda flaky and slow on CFUD. Work eats my energy like nothing else and I really can't RP early morning for a good solid amount of time. By the time I come home (usually 6 or later) it's time for dinner, doing errands, hanging out with roommates. I don't really get a chance to sit and be in a relaxed rp-time mood till about 9. Meander a bit online, read some e-mail, check up on some job stuff and it's almost 11. I miss running posts and getting my characters out to meet new people and work on their relations, but I just don't have the mental fortitude to do a good solid 2-3 hours these days. Thus, my new goal? One post every week. Or two. But yes, I need to post more so I don't feel like I've got these awesome characters and don't do anything but random threads here and there with them. Le sigh.

asdfasdfasd MY HUSBAND SO PRETTTTTY!!!!! :DDD
my roommates chipped in and got me my husband's latest photobook for my graduation gift! (it was released in November but STILL SHINY AND NEW AND PURTY TO ME!) I love my roommates, they're so cool they all sat in the living room with me as we went through the entire book together and commented on how my husband really didn't need that nose job, how his make-up is amazing, what brand eye liner does he use and why won't he buy me some?, and damn his skin is nice-I could go on for a while.
SO HAPPY~! XD Have two pictures from my camera because I'm still too attached to risk scanning and ruining the binding. < <
